Since the onset of COVID-19, enFocus has remained committed to reopening our work environments slowly and safely in the interest of protecting our team members and our partners. We began reopening our enFocus office in St. Joseph County in late June. After careful review of data reflecting a reduction of positive cases in Elkhart County, we have updated to our policy and are now reopening our Elkhart office.

While the majority of our team will continue to work remotely, there will be limited in office work under the following guidelines:

·    Use of our South Bend Studebaker facility is permitted and optional for no more than 7 persons at one time.

·    Use at our Elkhart ETHOS facility is permitted and optional for no more than 5 persons at one time.

·    Necessary face-to-face sponsor meetings are permitted with a mutually agreed upon, signed Memorandum of Understanding.

·    All team members will sign in, if utilizing enFocus office space.

·    All team members will continue to follow the office uses and sanitation policies as outlined.

Updated internal office use and external sponsor meeting policies detailed here will be in effect through September 30th.  Additional questions regarding enFocus' policy can be directed to Gillian Shaw, enFocus Program Director of Research and Development at g.shaw@en-focus.org.
